October 24th will be the day when Ziijn directors, which will include who they call Independent Directors, will decide the fate of NKP shareholders. A forced takeover at 10c per share for assets worth many millions of dollars.
It will be the day when we will be "screwed" thanks to the adoption of Bermudan Law and Australian Corporate Law conveniently by-passed. Will be interesting to see how many more ASX listed companies will suffer the same fate before authorities step up to protect unsuspecting shareholders.
I intend to tattoo a large Z on my arm in order to never forget how we have been treated by Zijin in collaboration with Maredi's Genorah Resources. What a farce!
My grave will eventually display NKP and not RIP.
When its all over Macleod22 will cease posting on Hotcopper.
