Largely because most holders held before such suggestions came about. Crypto is also volitile and unreliable as the last epic crash only happened in 2017. Although diversify into the space with an existing group of clients would be a stellar move - it depends on how it's executed.
Crypto is still very much the wild west. Existing systems can be outperformed in heartbeat, making existing coins like bitcoin look like a dinosaur.
It's a clever move. But if executed poorly could bring negative associations and bad press zips way and damage the brand itself.
