I feel like the market has not yet caught up to what BNPL industry incorporating crypto really means- blockchain enables instant, direct payment transfer with almost negligible transaction fees. Margin compression risk will be reduced as merchant fees will be tied to marketing spend, consumer fees will be tied to personal finance management ie. UX. It also means point of sale terminals ect. will no longer be required. Z1P cannot incorporate blockchain tech quickly enough and this really should be of highest priority for their development team. Square's APT move and now Z1P following suit will without a doubt force the incumbents to act decisively and they cannot afford to delay. Any short term volatility in SP will pale in comparison to the parabolic value creation in this market.
