Just purely out of guessing about the relations btw Z1P EBAY and Paypal
Z1P partners with Ebay, and Ebay is always with Paypal
Z1P is providing merchants cash flow for Ebay
Paypal is providing payment methods for Ebay transactions
If we just simply look at this logistics, there is no conflict btw Z1P and Paypal, they could be possibly partnership as well.
We could imagine when Z1P and Ebay was negotiating the contract, Paypal was highly possibly on the table as well.
