I agree with you on intermittent lockdowns but I factor in a change in government mindset as prior the aim was zero cases . Now it’s suppression. Tomorrow will be managing case numbers in certain areas . They have to slowly open up from 70% for two reasons.
No more money left in government coffers to dish out hence slow rollout of current assistance and business confidence.
I am confident Sydney will lead.
