Basically what surprise me with Z1P share price is that we are basically at May 19 levels and with exception of that spike in October the SP is hanging around the $ 3.5 for last 7 months or so. Now if we take in consideration the dilution effect of the CR and some management options the MC is marginally (~10%) higher. But not reflected in the SP for the dilution effect. What is substantially changed are all the parameters of the company: double rev, double transactions, 1,8 M customer, ZiP biz, overseas expansion UK, acquisition of NZ, strategic merchants signed up so far exclusive to Z1P like bunnings ( I do not even consider OPEN pay a competitor)and Amazon, hiring of 3 executives from Paypal ebay etc.. When we will see this company increase in value reflected into the SP? Why the market is so severe with this buddy?
