By your own admission, clearly you have NO idea why this money will be used for. Why then saying that the fat cat are getting fatter?
We need to know what this money will be used for before stressing out....this have the potential to make the SP rocket...or not but it is a very important info to get.
I expect more red tomorrow, BUT remember that the boys made a trip, we do not have much new about that.
What I am trying to say is...there are still some important info that we are missing, the only one we got is the last ann....kind of the wrong end of the stick!!
