if we were to list in the us with ADRs there may be no additional shares issued. Effectively our shares in the ASX are allowed to also trade on the US exchange it's listed on. What can happen is we close on a day of 11 dollars and then it goes onto trade in the US a different time zone up to 14 dollars. We wake up in the morning the next day and the share price i believe is now 14 dollars not 11. This may be wrong?
What it means is Zip is on the US markets and can be traded there by US investors. Think fund managers etc that only by US listed stocks. Zip would then be traded by them
If we get a US investor say Mastercard wants to buy 10 percent of company for 600 million say then we would have new shares issued at the buy price; this would cause a 10 percent dilution but give the company 600 million in additional capital and the backikg of a monster company. It's a huge vote in confidence.

Look what happened when Westpac sold their shares. They needed to cover a 1 billion dollar fine but when you then add the Westpac Afterpay partnership that's amounted to crap all and Westpac didn't buy any shares in Afterpay on that announcement but Afterpay share price has rallied as if to say the big banks here choose Afterpay as the winner. Now if we get a really good us investor that sees value in Zip loves our culture and sees how we want payments transparent and open to all merchants not just a tiny poolof merchants like Afterpay offer we could see that re rate happen in weeks not months. In days not weeks even. Good news is the shareprice is up 100 percent in the last month and Zips fundamentals and numbers still make us very attractive a steal even to an investor who might throw 600 million at zip, share price appreciated to 25 dollars and they gain 700-850 million profit in less than a year. Big numbers but this is reality.

The big us investor would then also be vested to promote Zip and if we can get a good synergy and alignment with a new us investor shareprice could hit that 70 dollar mark like some are saying they will sell for.

If shareprice hits 50 I'm going to have to think about selling at least a million worth
