Never hurts to take a profit. I'm just going off what I am seeing. APT has been all over everything for the last 12 months or more. When I look at online stores now I am seeing a lot more with the option to use Z1P.
My question would be, are people to used to using APT now to change to Z1P? Is there room for both? I do know that APT doesn't work for some service based businesses where Z1P actually does work perfectly specifically in the beauty industry. For those interested, the hairdressing and beauty services industry in Australia generates approx. $5b a year. On an unrelated note that is two weeks revenue for Googles parent company Alphabet; I know this because that's how much they were fined for breaching antitrust laws in the EU.
PayPal were the first real online payment processor and I know I wouldn't use anything else but I get set in my ways and I'm very frugal so I don't do much online shopping. Definitely worth having a read of the Consumer Insights report that I have linked below.
