hey mate, not too many honest people on HC like you. the first enemy of traders or even investors is FEAR. i know I have it and everyone around. you've learned a 1st lesson about the market. you have to decide what kind of investor do you want to be: long term or short term. if you want to recover the loss it's not easy at all in this market as a sgort term unless someone with experience helps you understand when to get into a trade and when to get out. If you afford to park some money for years choose a solid company (big and still doing well) with potential of recovering from current share price.... and wait ... and don't look at the SP every day or week ..not even when a crash is coming (make sure the company does not disappear in a crash ) good luck mate ! and take care of you as market is a crazy place to be these days (I'm also stressing more than required but I've learned a lot lately)
