Referring to recent investor presentation, slide # 43 income state: The company had reported positive cash flow in 2019 & 2020 with 9.3 million & 3.5 million respectively in last two years. In short company is loss maker BYCHOICE TO FEED GROWTH!!

Referring to same slide # 43: reported credit losses are 23.5 million, not sure how you came up with number of 70 million real cash loss???Referring to slide # 41 credit performance: net bad debt is 2.54% not sure from where on earth you came up with 33%???

Referring to slide # 42 Funding update: the company has increased funding facility of 178 million (not 164 million) $ for growth. In addition to this they have launched zip master trust program where they can issue notes series against one pool of receivable book to further funding at a much less reduced interest rate of 1 to 1.5% compared to traditional interest rate of 3.7%. In short, Zip is NOWAY SHORT OF FUNDS TO LEVERAGE GROWTH!!!

The company has 1.2 billion dollars of receivable book which is growing so fast that any big 4 bank can dream off. Idiot banks are launching interest free credit card where as 80% of their profit comes from traditional interest rate & 20% comes from late fee whereas for zip 80 % comes from monthly fee which is half of bank’s new interest fee card. They don’t know what they got themselves into. Double the fee compared to zip & exposing themselves to bad debt!!!

Really zip has come back to market for capital raise to feed its losses? I MEAN REALLY??? You are a horrible person to mislead ppl here. Let’s rewind, in June SP was tanked due to Covid outbreak and zip come to market for CR in the BEAR market to acquire quadpay at staggering oversubscribed CR of 5.5 $. The financial institution & retail was idiot back then to pay 5.5$ when SP was 3.6$?? Let’s rewind more zip came back to market for CR to acquire partpay for GROWTH . Let’s go back and see zip issued 20 million warrants to Amazon for GROWTH. None since listed zip came to market for CR to fund losses!!!

Again, please don’t be selfish & mean to gain some bucks because you can’t lie to feed yourself & your family!
