Banks offering a no interest credit card is actually amazing news for BNPL
It’s pure desperation as they see the future of payments and credit market in general. They’re getting left behind.
They’re still charging the customer which has missed the whole point
In the US you can get 2-4% cash back on credit cards and yet still people are flocking to BNPL with quad pay signing up roughly a person every 15 seconds because people distrust banks after getting hammered by them for years.
if you can’t see BNPL as being the uture of micro credit then just leave now and go buy some bank shares.
