Customer Base = total customers that are active, inactive, or closed (transacted at least once).

Active Users = Total customers that transacted in the reporting period. Eg, Active Users in Q1 should be called Quarterly Active Users. Then this cascades up to Yearly Active Users, and drills down to Monthly Active Users and then all the way down to Weekly Active, or even Daily Active which we will hopefully see on the big online trading days such as Cyber/Black etc.

That said, there is a possible scenario that QuadPay has signed up over a million new customers in the last month via GameStop.
