The world is changing. Covid has just pushed more people into purchasing more online. Do you think people's behaviour will change once Covid has stopped? Especially when they discover how convenient it is and how much time they save.
Do you know how many big sales are now done online (Black Friday, Click Frenzy, Singles Day). Companies are making more online sales rather than through bricks and mortar.
My prediction for the future is that people will be doing everything online. Embrace the digital future or you will be left behind.
