I've queried them multiple times, it seems instore is t&z interchange.
the supplied argument is TTV volume via transacting through integrated and non integrated, and an increase is customer revenue ie probably increase in account fees. Overall, if those other fees offset the loss in integrated Merchant service fees(which is only 24% of merchant revenue, 31%), we may not see a significant change in margin.
