    youre taking about credit card payment processing companies. For example, MasterCard's "principal business is to process payments between the banks of merchants and the card-issuing banks or credit unions of the purchasers". In fact, some BNPL are an amalgamation of the two, similar to AMEX.

    so in effect, youre right, BNPL are like credit cards, similar to banks that issue credit cards from payment processing companies. So you've proved my point.
