I don't think the PayPal announcement wouldn't have done squat if it wasn't a down day on the markets here in Aus. It was red everywhere today. As someone said PayPal didn't shoot up in trade.
It allowed a lot of people to get in the heads of others and make them panic sell.
You just have to take 5 min to read this forum. There seems to be a lot of emotional traders out there.
