Buyers and sellers looking just about even now with buyers increasing pass sellers. Shows a change in sentiments. Just this morning soon after open id see the ratio of buyers to sellers be about 1:3 being approximately 1.5mill buyers and 4.5 to 5 mill sellers. Now a 1:1 ratio is looking like there is less panic in the air.
