easy, they don't hold, it's basically free for them to talk whatever they want on things they don't hold. if sp rises, they disappear like cockroaches seeing the light. if sp falls, they swarm in and get a sense of accomplishment from endless downramping, notice how the threads are always so quite when sp rises through the roof? they are a salty bunch missing the boat and it's beneficial to them to buy in at cheaper
