Over $86 million is intangibles, is you can't spend it and the Quadpay value should now be written down not an increase in value as they did on the accounts.

Quadpay was losing money at 6% merchant fees as @SebbyV so elequently detailed and since PayPal launch will lose even more money so it's value is negligible in fact will be a drain on resources having to fund the losses.

Zip has very little liquid funds and IMO cannot last more than 12 months at present loss rates.

The market is telling you this but you refuse to listen

I agree I feel mislead by the misrepresentation and it has caused me financial damage because of the information posted up my him.
