So if Z1p gobbles up SZL does that mean the us NASDAQ listing is still on foot with prep work done?
And with the UK efforts being put on the back burner, if this deal goes through then could they swallow up LBY its really cheap and has a a footprint in the UK and both transactions wipe 2 players off the table
