Court action by Billabong Gold successful against Vango Mining

VAN's 2021 Annual Report said "It is the position of the Directors that the claim is spurious and will be unsuccessful. To this extent, the Directors have exercised their judgement inconcluding that it is not necessary to raise any provision in this regard. In addition, the Directors have concluded that the possibility of any settlement by Vango in this regard is remote and consequently no contingent liability disclosures have been included in the financial statements."

Their 2021 Annual Report said the same about ZAG's court action - wonder if VAN will now have to rethink their position regards ZAG's court action!
