Taking years keeping the secret - the AEC reported early in 2021 on Steggall's Kinghorn donation and ruled that it could not be split.
The AEC report only became widely known when reported on by media(SMH) early in 2022.
But all this ignores the huge "elephant in the room" which is that if Warringah voters had known all this "coal donation true facts" in April and May 2019 then it is possible that Tony Abbott may have hung on to his seat.
A normal person in Steggall's shoes would be so ashamed of all the years of secrecy and the adverse AEC findings.
But all that is nothing to MP Zali.
