If you do a search back through the ASX releases to the time when they announced their intention to buy out the Phelps Dodge interest in the project, you will find that this mgmt has an appalling record of delivering to their own timelines, in some instances up to 6 months or more. It can become very worrysome for s/holders as well as causing much frustration. The present situation is particularly so as the whole future of the project hinges on the "all clear" from the financiers. It is a responsibility of mgmt to keep the market informed and just a few short lines from time to time is all that is needed to explain the delays. We hope that they are just running true to form!
