Any changes to Tax laws are generally not good, however as you have said these are only proposed changes, there is nothing set in concrete at this point of time, due to the sudden death of Michael Sata in October 2014, Zambia's Presidential election is being held on the 20th January 2015, we will know more when the current or knew Government is sworn in. I personally am not concerned , I do not believe that the incoming Government would do anything that would discourage Mining Investment into their Country.This is my opinion only, DYOR.
