There are so many factors that make this company a high-risk play I don't even know where to start. If these are the type of companies you prefer to invest in, then you should be prepared to get burnt more times than not.

There is absolutely zero guarantee that they will ever mine in Eritrea, and anyone who would be prepared to finance them would have to seriously ask themselves whether they would ever see any of this money again.

I think you seriously need to re-assess your case for this company.
