Lef, last Friday was the day if my calcs are correct. All parties to a contract can agree to vary its terms, including extending the DD etc date. I reckon all is under control. The CBs would want this deal to proceed for sure.
Re the gold matter, this deal could not be consummated until Af Eagle had delivered the renewable tenements to Pek. That would not be Pek's fault.I posted about the gold holdings on 12/12/11 number 7533099. Also I think you'll find that the co has advised of this delay, but not for some time I admit.
