TCG - recent news from SA suggests Gov't will be fast-tracking mining right applications so 12 months might be worst case scenario. We're about 2 months in from when the application was lodged so max 10 months to go.
As for funding, it has previously been stated that management will be looking for a mix of debt/equity.
