    PS Thoughts on why a Californian company needs to raise funds on the ASX, especially with the unpredictable effects on business operations mentioned under 4.3.6 re dual compliance requirements and also foreign exchange risks (4.3.3), considering they mention no plans for operations here?

    Feels a little desperate to me (not that there isn't money to be made here for investors on the day of listing).
