Pros Flexible Hours Simple Work Good Benefits to make up for Equity / Salary comp
Cons Management was awful - this could be a case study in micromanagement.No clear mission or vision.Clear division between CEO & CFO and rest of company.
Advice to ManagementLost Cause.'
