but , old mate, a fair dinkum non biased one ! i know you have the wit so to evaluate , but can spoil it with emotion . i want a guru's answer . my chicken entrails are giving me no feedback .

a ukrainian businessman i was in touch with recently said that normally it is business as usual in the ukraine even in times of political uncertainty , but that the higher the profile of the deals in question the more do political factors come into play and the greater the need for sweeteners ! ! ! an so forth

i doubt though that you could say all is lost !
