The above link clearly demonstrates the critical importance of agriculture in curtailing the emission of the dangerous GHG nitrous oxide (and nitrogen dioxide).
Massive farmer demonstrations in the Netherlands are just the beginning, the action is quickly spreading through Europe.
The agricultural industry here will be forced into action on this issue. We need food and fibre for ourselves, and the rest of the world, and to be productive in agriculture we need to use nitrogen based fertilisers, however we need also to reduce the emission of harmful nitrous oxide.
That’s where ZEOTECH comes in. In partnership with Griffith University the company is developing patent pending technology that will transform how nitrogen based fertiliser is delivered to the soil both here and around the world.
Using manufactured zeolites the technology demonstrates that not only will the emission of nitrous oxide be abated, CO2 levels sequestrated in soils will increase exponentially.Add to that the reality that these manufactured zeolites are being produced from toxic Li residue at a fraction of current world best practise.
