Btw, the "16m" (potential glove-box latch)units mentioned by Visteon is the total number of new cars sold in US in 2007.
So Visteon feels that it can capture a large share of the mkt.

Using 80/20 rule, if Visteon and the other unnamed Tier-One auto suppliers are the top 2 players (among 10), then the two of them will capture 80% of the mkt.

Pg12 of AGM indicates 10-12 auto parts , let's recal:

Say Y1 gets 10%, Y2 30% , Y3 40%, etc.

10 parts x $5 (earning/part) x 16m x 10%
= US$80m for Y1.


The unnamed OEM on pg12 is likely to be one of or all
the top four auto OEM in US:

Toyota, GM, Ford and GM.
