I am using HSBC ... the latest offer is 0% until 1/1/2009 .. and no fees for first year.
They give ok limits as well compared to another I tried.
I am using this to offset my mortgage ... get the funds at 0% .. transfer to offset account ... transfer back before interest free period is over.
Have not really tried to push it though, thought about getting my wife to do one as well.
Free money .. just a little bit of work to setup.
Anyone else doing this?
