Silicon Quantum Computing (SQC), the company formed by former Australian of the Year Michelle Simmons and backed by the Australian government, Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Telstra, has named the executive who sold British chip company Arm for $US32 billion in 2016 as its new chairman.
