Personally I'm out as soon as it happens, but good luck to all holders current and future. 

Constant delays, late on every announcement, not that much actually happening outside of the deals (as in, it's not like they're currently running a busy, profitable company that prevents 100% focus on the deals), and extremely poor management of investor expectations ("faster than expected, faster than expected, faster that expected! Oh sorry delayed for two weeks we'll let you know the outcome in three").

At this point I'm only waiting to see if I can get out with a bit of profit if news doesn't hit, but I'll cut my losses shortly (not just yet, since I'm already expecting a delay and I suspect the market has priced as much).
