Short version: McLean and Williams
~ sold GPP the ION Minerals projects, etc
~ were paid cash and equity in GPP
~ sold them the Ashbuton project after acquiring it from Remlain - to which, McLean was a director and Mineral Intelligence was the 100% shareholder
~ were appointed as director/management for a salary
~ the ION minerals projects were ultimately duds, that was on GPP who completed the due diligence
~ nothing changed and GPP/GNM moved onto the "new" hot commodity that most penny stock company's shifted to chasing - GOLD
~ Williams resigned but McLean still carries on - making a wage, doing credit raise after credit raise
= lifestyle
