    gents,

the bankers haven't shut down operations yet,nor has there been an announcement of them providing further cash. They have however, been accommodating.
    Must be good.

For those keen its worth looking at who arranged this finance facility in the beginning(2011 CAT FINANCE $205M Lead Arranger 5yr project loan) and took up around 24% of the original debt up(supplying $49m plant).

Embattled US Equipment suppliers looking for large export orders, don't like seeing mining operations fail with their equipment showing prominently in the picture with them owed money.Especially in far flung countries where equipment maintenance/performance has possibly been an issue onsite in the past.

Just a thought.Might be more behind the bank support than meets the eye, with maybe theirs being the longer dated portion of the outstanding debt originally(possibly last to be paid back?) to get the other lenders on board and maybe enough outstanding to now control the lending syndicate and its actions as existing LEAD ARRANGER.

DYOR + DYODD Just musings by me,with nothing to back it up.
