Zetron was acquired by Codan Limited in 2021 and merged with the Critical Communications business of Codan Critical Communications, another Codan Limited portfolio company. Zetron Celebrates 40 Years of Service in Mission Critical Communications

Established in 1980, Zetron hit a rare milestone for technology companies in 2020, celebrating 40 years in business. While communications markets, technologies, tools, vendors and customers have all seen tremendous changes over that period, what’s remained constant is Zetron’s commitment to a single purpose…providing mission critical communications solutions with uncompromising quality and customer service. It was the company’s focus on November 10th, 1980 when the doors first opened, and it remains its only business today.
While our principles and purpose have remained unchanged, Zetron’s contributions to advancing mission critical communications technology have been many. From humble beginnings as a small regional paging business nestled quaintly between a hair salon and Christian Science reading room in a small strip mall in Issaquah, WA (USA), to a worldwide communications technology leader with customers on all seven continents that rely on Zetron solutions to serve hundreds of millions of people 24x7x365. Zetron’s customer first approach to business combined with a relentless pursuit of innovation, interoperability and adaptability, have made it one of the most trusted and enduring brands in markets where communications are nothing short of the lifeblood of critical operations.
