Zeus Resources is an Australian registered company and must adhere to the corporations act.
It has become evident to me that ZEU is not adhering to the corporations act, specifically Section 201A which states:
Public companies (2) A public company must have at least 3 directors (not counting alternate directors). At least 2 directors must ordinarily reside in Australia.
Zeus Resources only has one resident director in Australia - Mr Jian Liu. The other 3 directors would not qualify under Section 201A as resident directors (they live in China).
It is time to file a complaint with the ASX/ASIC in regards to this company that is blatantly disregarding the corporations act.
