zfx and oxr merger, page-7

Thanks for the help, but with this "Loss on ZFX (being the value of OXR shares at the implementation date is less than your original cost base of ZFX)"

How should I determine the value of OXR share at the implementation date? (on what price per share?) I suspect made a loss.
