I totally agree that a merger would be excellent between the two. Unfortunately I suspect that greed and ego's continually get in the way.
I think it is a bit harsh to say that ZFX has not much at all. Century is a zinc mine producing 500000tpa and is one of the largest Zinc mines in the world. Also, any company that has free cash of over $2.2B (before AGM takeover), in a climate where "cash is King" is in a very enviable position to take advantage of any market turmoil.
As AM has said "We are currently a one trick pony", which is why they are diversifying as quickly as they possibly can.
There is significant upside to this stock
