PNA, on the little research I have done it, does have some potential. ZFX appears to be very conservative on Geo political risk, so that could stop it. Like AGM, PNA is very close to bringing on the asset to full production. PNA with a market cap of $1.5B, and a takeover premium of say 40%, means a cost of $2.1B for ZFX. Funding would be $1.3B ex cash and $800M debt. Still leaves ZFX with low debt/equity ratio.

So Jatz, it is a possability, but I wouldn't bet on it.
