I agree, clearly nobody is pledging their stock to ZFX, and they are now effectively guaranteeing our price against a market drop!

I would imagine this plays into the hands of AGM, as you rightly say it allows them more time for completion of the mill, announcement of any further drill results, allows more time for anyone doing DD and considering a counter bid, and for AGM to continue with their bid defence.

BTW does anyone know how many extensions to the bid are allowed?

Can they pull their bid inside the extension period?
