AGM shat in their own nest by losing $8M on the penny dreadfuls and then claiming they "were entitled to have a bit of a dabble". Very professional that Tony Howland-Rose is....NOT.
AGM has good prospects but ZFX holders are not prepared to pay more than $1.00 in this market. That's the reality and as the hedge funds realize there is no other bidder, they will deliver to ZFX enough shares to control the company and tell THR to be on his bike.
If ZFX walk, my short will be looking very sweet indeed. It is looking more and more like my short will be closed at $1.00 for a small profit. After my discussions with some savvy smart end of town brokers over the weekend, the consensus is that ZFX will get AGM via the hedge fund funds. That is why MM is continually extending.
