I really don't know where you got that from but, let's assume you are correct (AND ONLY ASSUME BECAUSE, UNLESS YOU GIVE ME A RELEVANT SUPPORTING EVIDENCE, I DON"T BELIEVE IT), the remaining shareholders would have to become part of TMR and, as such they can still receive dividends and capital profits.
If IBR was deregistered, it would become part of TMR.
There is no way that TMR would be allowed to screw these shareholders, my friend.
The heavyes would come down so hard on TMR's Management that they wouldn't know what hit them.
