It's a puzzling question re the buying at 110.5. They haven't been rushing the line at all but still buying - no obvious reason why yet except perhaps a punt that a higher price may be available after the takeover is closed.
Re risks to you. I agree, little to lose. The only risk is really this one of being delisted. ZFX will control the board and it would be no trouble at all to win a vote on the issue of course with 76%. Also the circumstances won't be that dissimilar as there may not be many individual shareholders left by the time it gets to that stage (if it gets to that stage).
If we see a PMM scenario though it could turn out very well for you which would be nice.
