You are right, by law; they can not sell those bought from Off-market purchase. But they can sell those they bought through market (even they can use other entity under ZFX control to do it). I decided to hold and wait. Anyway, I have less risk involved with below $1.10 but have huge upside potential when the production commence. Fundamental approach investors will kick in when the P/E indicates that it is a good investment. So the whole process, I guess, will take while.
