    Yesterday there was a large cross trades, so they might not have fallen into zfx hands just broker to broker...

    There is around 200M shares not zfx hands right now...Jinchuan have 83M and MQG and UBS have yet to lodge any changes...so excluding Jinchuan, there is 114M left out there.

    Just reading the takeover laws, it would seem that zfx can apply to court for complusory acquistion if certain conditions are met,....it happened with IBR/TMR.
