I'm open to correction but whilst 90% is the threshold for compulsory acquisition, if desired by the acquirer, it's my understanding that revenues can be consolidated at 80%.
Please correct me someone if I'm wrong but if correct and ZFX get to 80% then they could probably live ok with separate listing. The advantage to the holdouts might be a possible premium on market in a thin depth a la PMM but that depends upon other factors as someone else pointed out.
